the location proved excellent , very close to transport. i found it easy to get to karlsplatz and marienplatz with one straight road. malik and alex provided excellent service . rooms were spacious , which i greatly appreciated.

the receptionist provided me with a kettle , but i think all rooms should automatically include tea and coffee making facilities.

The location is within walking distance of the main train station. It also provides easy access to other popular spots. Staff members were friendly. I also found the connected restaurant nice for dinner (I enjoyed the drinks).

The car parking process was a bit complicated. The map provided was in German, so I had trouble reading it. I had to return the parking pass after parking and get it again to exit, inconvenient (especially if you want to use your car often).
